S.M.A.R.T. Academy is our signature Saturday morning mentorship program for young men ages 13 to 17. Eight weeks. Ninety minutes of real men giving real time. Your son will build confidence, character, and connections that last long after the program ends.

Mentoring

Mentoring isn't a program — it's the thread that runs through everything. Every chapter member is a mentor. Every young man we meet is a mentee in the making.

From our Reading Program across multiple schools to scholarships and college prep, we invest in education as the most reliable path to opportunity.

Health & Wellness

Our No Hungry Kids Feeding Program, health screenings, and wellness events treat well-being as the foundation of everything else.

Economic Empowerment

Financial literacy, entrepreneurship exposure, and economic education — so our community can build generational wealth.

Program Spotlight

S.M.A.R.T. Academy: real men, real time, real results.

For 90 minutes every Saturday morning across eight weeks, the young men of Greater Little Rock sit across from Black men who showed up on purpose. They learn what it looks like to lead themselves, lead their families, and lead their communities.

S.M.A.R.T. Academy is free to participants thanks to our sponsors and chapter members. Ages 13–17. Registration for the 2026 cohort is open now.

Parent voice

My son came home from his first S.M.A.R.T. Saturday different. Not louder. Not quieter. Just… more himself. He's been going every week since, and now he's talking about college like it's a plan, not a dream.
