Complete the membership application form below. Tell us about yourself, your background, and why you want to join.
Attend a minimum of 3 chapter meetings. We meet every 3rd Saturday at 9am at the Mosaic Templars Cultural Center.
Complete the background check, pay dues, and receive chapter approval through a membership vote.
Commitment: A minimum of two hours a month participating in one of our service events.
